404-924-1991 DPS™ Academy in association with the Samuel L. Jones Boys & Girls Club of Decatur. Soccer in the City 2011: Back to Basics Specifically designed for boys and girls ages 6 – 10 years old, the camp will provide a fun introduction to the joys of soccer. The camp will concentrate on providing young players with a solid foundation in basic soccer technical skills and instilling a love of the game. Soccer in the City® has added a Fitness component that is woven into all aspects of the soccer camp activities.

The camp will be directed and coached by David Duncan (coachd@dspacademy.com), Head Coach of DPS Academy (USSF 'D' and NSCAA 'Regional' Licensed) and other former professional, college, and high school players.

Dribblers (Beginners) |
For children new to the game of soccer or with one-to-two seasons of play. For the youngest and least experienced children their biggest soccer problem is the ball. |

Olympians (Intermediate) |
For children with 3 to 5 seasons of soccer. The art of the dribble. Emphasis on speed, balance, and touch; |

World Cup (Advanced) |
For children with 6 or more seasons of competitive or recreational soccer. Emphasis on key DPS skills: dribble, shoot, pass; the foot compass – Inside (W), Outside (E), Instep (N) and Sole (S) |
